At Joogly, we strive to provide a seamless shopping experience for our customers, from order placement to delivery. Here's a detailed overview of our shipping and delivery process.
Order Status Terminology
When you place an order with Joogly, you’ll encounter a few key terms related to the status of your order. First, when your order is "Order Placed", it means that your order has been successfully confirmed and processed. Once your product is being prepared, it will be marked as "Under Production", which is typically the case for personalized products. When your item is ready and will be shipped the following working day, it will show as "Ready to Ship". Finally, once your product has been picked up by the delivery agent, and it’s on its way to you, it will be marked as "Shipped/Dispatched". This means that your item is in transit and will reach you within the estimated delivery time.
Shipping Coverage
Joogly offers nationwide shipping across all of India. We do our best to ensure that we reach even the most remote locations, but please note that certain remote areas may have limited delivery options due to logistical constraints. We aim to provide the best service possible for all our customers.
Order Processing and Dispatch Time
Processing times vary depending on the type of product you’ve ordered. For personalized products, the order will be processed and shipped within 4-5 working days, excluding rush days, weekends, and public holidays. For non-personalized products, the processing time is typically shorter, and your order will be dispatched within 1-2 working days (again, excluding weekends and public holidays). Once your order is dispatched, you will receive an email or SMS with tracking details to monitor its progress.
Estimated Delivery Time
Once your order is dispatched, the delivery time generally ranges from 3-8 working days, depending on your location. Factors such as the distance from our warehouse and local logistics may influence the delivery time. You will be notified of the expected delivery date once the order is shipped.
Shipping Charges
We offer free shipping on all orders, regardless of the order value or delivery location. For customers who prefer faster delivery, we offer express delivery at an additional charge of Rs. 90. The express delivery option will help expedite the shipping process and get your order to you more quickly.
Tracking and Non-Delivery Issues
Once your order has been dispatched, we will provide you with tracking details via email or SMS. If, however, your order is marked as "Delivered" but you have not received it, please contact our customer support team at support@joogly.in within 48 hours of the delivery status being updated. We will investigate the issue and work to resolve it as quickly as possible.
Delivery Delays
While we always aim to deliver your orders on time, sometimes unexpected delays may occur due to external factors, such as weather conditions, logistics issues, or festivals. We appreciate your patience and understanding in these cases. If there is a significant delay, we will notify you accordingly and provide you with an updated delivery estimate.
Unavailable During Delivery
If the delivery agent arrives at the designated address but no one is available to receive the package, the parcel will be returned to our facility. In such cases, the customer will be responsible for both the return charges and the delivery charges to resend the product. Similarly, if the customer does not answer the phone after multiple delivery attempts, the parcel will be returned, and additional charges will apply for the re-shipment of the order.
Incorrect or Incomplete Address
If you’ve provided an incorrect or incomplete delivery address (including incorrect pincode, mobile number, or house number), the parcel will be returned to us. In this case, the customer will have to pay both return charges and delivery charges to have the parcel resent. To avoid this, please double-check your address before completing your order.
Changing Address or Phone Number After Dispatch
Once your parcel has been dispatched, it is no longer possible to change the shipping address or phone number associated with your order. We recommend reviewing your details carefully before placing an order to ensure accurate delivery.
